• For the Harvard Center for International Development and the World Economic Forum, researched and wrote chapter on technology for the Latin American Competitiveness Report published by Oxford University Press.
• Created evaluation process for Techfoundation's Geeks for America program
• Researched volunteer and technology programs for Geekcorps as well as the needs of local businesses and organizations on the ground in developing countries. Established extensive evaluation procedures that surveyed volunteers and partners via written forms and interviews to measure their satisfaction with the program. Revised program based on results of evaluations.
